This year we will cover it all -- from dissecting Joplin's tornado disaster response effort to communicating about the most complex topics to senior management's perspective on PR's role in achieving business goals. CANCELLATION/REFUND/NO SHOW POLICY: Because conference expenses are based on expected attendance, registrants who cannot attend the conference must cancel their registration by April 1 to avoid being invoiced.

Refunds for pre-paid conference tickets are available through April 1. After that date, no refunds will be issued. Please contact morgan@wallerpr.com to request a refund and/or cancel your registration.
