Luncheon Keynote Speaker on Ethics
Robert P. McCulloch, prosecuting attorney of St. Louis county who will speak on the recent crisis situations in Ferguson, Missouri. Mr. McCulloch's presentation will focus on the investigation and presentation of the evidence to the grand jury including the work of local and federal agencies, allegations of leaked information, ethical and legal considerations regarding the intense media attention, the impact of social media, civil unrest following the incident and the grand jury announcement and other issues surrounding the investigation.
