Ever wanted to peer inside someone else's brain, and see what’s in there? Or understand what makes another person tick?  Understanding how others think is critical to influencing them and getting results.  And, you can model yourself after those who are successful – in this case, CEOs.

You don’t need to be a CEO to take some of these best-practice strategies and apply them to your job. In the end, understanding these Care Abouts can help any person – from entry-level to senior leader – be more effective, productive, and more content with work. 

Join PRSA and IABC at the annual Communicators Summit to learn "How to Think Like a CEO" and learn more about measuring your communications efforts. The keynote address on thinking like a CEO will be presented by David Grossman, ABC, APR and Fellow PRSA. David helps leaders drive productivity and get the results they want through authentic and courageous leadership and communication. He counsels leaders at top organizations including DuPont Pioneer, Eastman Chemical, GlaxoSmithKline, HTC, Johnson & Johnson, Lockheed Martin, McDonald’s, Microsoft, Motel 6, and Tyco
